My day typically starts with reviewing and issuing quotes for new deal enquiries, followed by presenting potential deals to our investment and risk committee ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Preparing and issuing term sheets for approved deals is also a key part of my day. A significant part of my role of is spent out in the market—meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with them through to deal closure. I also make sure to celebrate successes, both big and small, with the team.
