On Wednesday, 26 March, Pallas Capital proudly hosted over 40 consultants, borrower clients and brokers to celebrate the official opening of our new office in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The event was a testament to our ongoing growth in the region, with Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer Dan Gallen, expressing his gratitude to those who have contributed to Pallas Capital’s success in New Zealand. He highlighted the rapid expansion of our team to meet the increasing demand for CRE debt specialists and the continued growth of our investor and broker network across the country.
Having established our presence in New Zealand over two years ago, we look forward to deepening our roots in Christchurch. The evening underscored the value of local expertise, with attendees and our broader network recognising the advantage of having a dedicated team on the ground. Given Christchurch’s dynamic property landscape and the continued demand for construction loans, this expansion is particularly meaningful—especially for Dan, as it marks a return to his hometown.
