Terms and Conditions –  Peer Wealth Charity Golf Day 2025 – Win Bushnell V6 Shift Rangefinder

1. The Promoter is Pallas Capital Pty. Limited of Level 5, 30-36 Bay Street, Double Bay NSW 2028 (Promoter).
2. The Promoter conducts a competition to win a prize at the Peer Wealth Charity Golf Day 2025 (Competition).
3. By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entering the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who attend the Competition in person. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
6. All relevant instructions on the Promoters’ website (if any) form part of these conditions.

COMPETITION ENTRY PERIOD

The Competition commences at 10:30 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 10^th April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11^th April 2025 at 11:59pm (Competition Period).

ENTERING THE COMPETITION

To enter, entrants must follow the online promotional instructions which will be available on the Promoter’s website and/or social media platforms and provide their contact details. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or same household will be disqualified. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

DETERMINATION OF COMPETITION WINNERS AND THEIR PRIZES

The Competition is a game of chance, winners will be selected via an electronic random draw after the Competition Period closes on 11^th April 2025.

PRIZES

The winner will receive 1 x Bushnell V6 Shift Rangefinder (2023) (RRP $699). Prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

CLAIMING & REDEEMING PRIZE

1. The winner will be contacted by email or by the Promoter’s employee with instructions on how to claim the prize on 14 April 2025.
2. The prize must be claimed within 24 hours of the prize winner being notified otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
3. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted a redraw will be conducted in the same manner from the same pool of entrants as the first draw.

GENERAL

1. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition without notice.
3. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
4. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Eligible Entrant, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
5. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and entrants consent to the Promoter using that information for marketing purposes and disclosing that personal information to third parties in accordance with its privacy policy. Entry in this Competition is conditional on the provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. By entering the Competition and claiming the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may use their name and image for publicity and Competition purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of the material produced in relation.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7. Any cost associated with accessing the Competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
8. The Promoter bears no responsibility for events relating to or as a result of a scam or fraud account impersonating the Promoter’s page.
